RH7.3 – Apache with streamming video

Any one knows what I need to install for streamming video? I have R.H. 7.3 and apache 1.x running. Also, do I need to allow a incomming port? I use IPCHANINS as a firewall solution that allow a few ports incomming but there is no block on outgoing ports. I have been searching for this but no docs helps me on this issue.
Please let me know if you have decent link that will help me.
