RHL to Win2K server

I am currently testing the feasiblility of Red Hat Linux 7.3 workstation as an alternative to Windows 2K/XP.

I have one problem that I can not seem to find any documentation on; that is going from a linux workstation to a Windows 2000 server. Is there a way of doing this? I can find all sorts of documentation for using a W2K workstation to access linux shares but not the other way around. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
