Right click drop down menu keeps popping up

Can someone please help? I resently bought a new Packard Bell Easynote laptop and are experiencing a very annoying problem. My right click drop down menu keeps on popping up all the time while running any program. Even typing this messaqge is a mission, the menu pops up between typing the caracters and I have to press escape to get rid of it. I’ve tried all sorts of different things to sort it out but to no avail. If there is anyone out there that can give me some advice I’ll appreciate it greatly..
