Risk and Opportunity

I am helping develop a Risk Management plan for my client. They also want a section that discusses how to identify and manage opportunity. While there are many papers and reports that address risk management, I have been unable to find anything explaining any processes or ideas on how to include the opportunity part in the risk management plan. Does anyone have any suggesstions or papers they can send my way?
