ADSL: earthlink UHP ADSL Bridge Router
Issue:
I purchased an ip from a vendor
so I could access desktop applications remotely.

My router is set up to acces my isp with Dynamic PPPoE

I set up Virtual Server HTTP to access default
ip and port:
192.168.0.100:80

set up remote management with ip provided by ISP
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080

saved my settings but canntot access the remote managment.

While looking thru earthlinks support I found something about disabling UHP on the earthlink DSL.
Does that sound plausible?
