routing

i am win2000 server for my networking. currently i use ISDN line with speed 128kbs for my internet connection. this connection use netmask 255.255.0.0 and my router ip is 128.1.9.10. i have another lease line with speed 28.8kbs solely for stock market purpose with netmask 255.255.255.248 and router ip is 202.190.133.193. the question is what should i do if i want to route router to router using win200 server so that i can use both service in one pc and at the same time cos currently i can use this service one at the time
