Routing Program

I am looking for a program that will allow me to enter in multiple addresses, days of the week, number of times that address is visited weekly and the program will give me optimal routing to accomplish the services for that week. It also needs to be able to update new addresses/routes as needed and be functional with more than one tech to run the route (s).
