rss feeds

On my latest newsletter one of the options was to download RSS feed. When I did that it was in HTML. When creating web pages and web sites I use Microsoft Front Page to create sites and pages. How do I use the RSS feed downloaded from the link in the news letter? I am assuming, maybe I use it as a page on one of my sites?
