Run any application in any os….

I know, I’m not a big supporter of massive use of virtualisation, but I decided to take a look at the beta for VMware Workstation 6.5

new feature “Unity” mode.
mixes the guest os with the host os, so you can access the guest systems applications in your host os.
[ yup, you can run any supported os in the guest and use it’s apps in th host os. Sorry Mac users, OSX support isn’t in the workstation, their OSX app is separate. ]

Only issue with Unity is the lack of ability to resize the window to larger than the default 1/4 screen size.
