Run only allowed Windows applications

I have enabled the Run only allowed Windows applications in System Policy. When I log on with a user account, I get 2 Restrictions dialog boxes in succession. I have added all the necessary applications to the list and verified that it contains everything that shows up in task manager or the startup folder when I log in as Administrator. Is there any way to determine which 2 applications are missing from the list so they can be added and these dialog boxes will stop appearing at user logons?
