run time error 339 (RICHTX32.OCX)

Error listed says RICHTX32.OCX or one of its dependencies is not registered A file is missing or invalid. It seems to me that this is to be included with the download ( Driver detective 2.5 ) and should be installed upon installing. So far all other sites have resulted in no answers and many more questions.
