Run windows updates as a non administrator

Hi,

I have a laptop with Windows XP SP3.
I would like the laptop to be able to run windows updates, but without administrative rights.

I have read this article

which should explain how to do it, but when I have set the group policy as administrator and reboot and log in as a non-administrator the windows updates do not occur.
Is it possible or am I doing something wrong???
