Running Equations in a MS Access Table

I have a table that currently has 4 fields two of which are currency values. The first field is monthly cost the next is yearly cost. Is there a way to make the yearly cost field an equation to automatically figure the yearly cost based on the monthly cost? Field names are MonthlyCost and YearlyCost.
