Running Office 97 Pro under Windows 2000

Are there any known problems running Office 97 installed on a Windows 2000 OS? In Word, spellcheck and thesaurus do not function unless logged on as an admin. Also in Excel, you cannot open a spreadsheet that includes an embedded macro unless logged on with admin access. Anyone else having these problems?
