RUNTIME ERROR! -abnormal termination

I have this message when WORD 2002 freezes, which usualy happens when Word file is open for a long time and I try to close it.
Several Dell specialists advised uninstall-reinstall Word (which I made without success), or using the “runtime” MS document concerning Internet Explorer (which seems irrelevant).

I couldn’t find any MS document when searched for “runtime”, or “termination”.

Would appreciate your suggestions.
