Runtime selection of worksheet

I am trying to take data from ms excel file in runtime.. The program is first user has to select the ms excel file. Then i have to display all the worksheet in it. Then user will select the worksheet.. After which i will display the columns and user has to select..I hve handled this in oracle..

Now i want assistance for displaying the worksheet name and column name..

Could anyone assist me
