s370 board problem

hi guys,

i have some problem with my old s370 motherboard, its runs the POST when turn-on, but after a while the display will be blank and the keyboard LED will keep on blinking (all LED,ie.scroll,caps lock and num lock).
maybe somebody knows the reason why? i greatly appreciate any answer. thanks!
