Salary Range

I am an IT Manager with a High Technology Company. I manage a department of 6 MCSE’s. On top of this I am the eBusiness Project Manager and eCommerce Project Manager.

This High Technology company is pre IPO and I developed the complete business process for 24/7 support and 3 tier support process.

This is also a Canadian company which seems to make the range much lower. Please give me your experiences and.or places to find market value. It is review time.
