Samsung android OS app using memory help

App packages that just appeared from Samsung on my android Galaxy phone using 3 or 4 GB of memory every 3 hrs
I can’t limit or stop these background running apps. Example, Drparser, edge, .I have read they are on my device OS . How do I access this. Please help.
