Does anyone know about the Samsung PBX systems?
Basicaly we have the officeserv100 installed which I know its more than capable of holding atleast 1 Music-on-Hold source. I connected a standard 3.5″ jack to the KSU unit as instructed in the manual.
I then programmed (only two as test) the keysets to point to that source. But when ever I call from my extension to another in the office and put on hold I still just get a tone and not the BGM.
We have the same system in our aother branch, but over there is a specialist machine there with a phono 600ohm output.
Im trying to use a normal CD blayer here. Dont have much experience with PBX systems, but im starting to think I might need one of those machines here….???
Anyone with any opinions, much appreciated.
