SAP GUI 4.6D – PC Client config requirem

What are the minumum and optimal requirements for configuring a PC workstation (Win 95/Win 98/Win NT/Win 2000) for the SAP GUI 4.6D?

I am hoping to get information regarding items such as RAM, processor speed, video card and screen resolution, available hard disk requirement, etc. and how to capture this information from about 200 workstations.
