Saving a view in Outlook Contacts

I have created several special views in my Contacts with various filters and methods of sorting. Everytime someone on the network changes something everyones changes. How can I password protect or put up a message that will remind them they are about to change the entire network view? We are using shared folders and everyone is viewing the Presidents Contacts at their machine.
