Saving Contacts to Public Addressbook..

Some user’s want’s to save contacts in the Public Adddress book for other to see

Is it posible to save a contact in the Public Address book, instead of your Outlook 2003/2007 Addressbook?…and how ..??

Or is there another solution to this..??
