saving files in A drive only

I try to lock down the workstation, so that users can save on floppy only. but NT will promp to c:\root\profile\username\my doc, if there is no disk in the a drive. It happens in any application? Also, user can use print to file to save in HD drive too, anyone know how to disable print to file?? it is not in the MS knowlege base.
