SBS 5.5 to Windows 2000/Exchange200/ISA

I would like to dissuss the migration from small business server 5.5 to Windows 2000, Exchange 2000, and Proxy server in a small business environment under 200 users.
Has anyone dared this approach or is a brand new implementation recomended?
