SBS Proxy Server2 Services stop randomly

I have 2 clients, with SBS version 4.5.
Both have problems where the services (Winsock Proxy, Web Proxy etc) fail every 10 minutes, and do not generate event log errors to help troubleshoot.

The machines are also running SQL server.

Basically, I’m shooting in the dark here, i have reinstalled and service packed proxy on more than one occasion to no avail.

Anyone else seen this problem?
