SBWatchDog.exe

While going through my list of apps that get loaded at startup, I found the following entry in the “Run” key of my registry: “C:\WINNT\System32\SBUtils\SBWatchDog.EXE /l”.
Does anyone know what this is? Is it safe to remove? I’m running an Acer TravelMate 525TXV with Windows 2000 Pro.
