Schedule a shutdown using Microsoft shutdown.exe

I have been trying to add a scheduled task that will shutdown my computer at a specific time. I have followed directions for setting up this task and as I get to the end of the setup, I get the message – “You do not have permission to perform the requested operation.” My name is listed as computer administrator, so what am I missing here?
