We use MS Project 2003 to track medical device engineering projects (software and hardware). Frequently our projects take longer to finish than originally planned due to client scope changes or issues that turn up during the development process.
In our projects there are usually 10-15 tasks that go on until the project finishes, for things such as weekly meetings (Out of usually 100-200 tasks total.)
When the project is extended, the finish dates of those tasks need to be extended and hours added to the scheduled work.
Is there a way to schedule these 15 tasks so that if the project end date changes, the tasks extend automatically? Currently we have to go to each individual task and change the Finish date and add the additional hours.
Thanks for any help!
