Schedule Task in Windows XP

In XP professional I am trying to set up a scheduled task and point it at a batch file that I want to run on a nightly basis. Even though I have set myself up with administrator rights it returns a message that I don’t have rights to schedule a job. I used to do this with no problems with Win95 – Win2000.
