Scheduled task folder seen on network ne

I am using w2k pro. In our network neigborhood I see my computer. When I click on it it shows printers and scheduled task folder. I do not want the task folder to be shown. In there there are two files, add scheduled task and Tune up application start. The second one looks pretty scary to be out in the open. How do I turn this off (unshare)? Helpppppp!!!!
