SCO Unixware 7.11 Network Transfer Rate

How do I change the network transfer rate on a SCO Unixware 7.11 running on Compaq Proliant 5500 server from Auto Sensing to 100 Mbps, Full Duplex. It is not possible to change from SCOAdmin – Network Configuration Manager.
Please help.
