Screensaver Problems

We would like to create a 3d screensaver that displays a set of images on a spinning cube, 1 image per side (Not the same image on each side). Easy? Actually no! We need cross platform (Win95 to WinXP), integration with Windows passwords (No seperate password), no requirement for DirectX (Which is a no-no with Win95) and can be locked down (No user reconfiguration). A commercial programme would be fine but we cannot find one that meets all of our criteria. Has anybody else had this problem and if so how did you resolve it?
