Script for Wallpaper

I want to change the wallpapers of all my users on my domain.
My clients have Win 95 & 2000
I was used Policy Editor on My NT Server, but I Can’t change the wallpaper automatical.

Somebody now how to do this?
With VB Script to change the registry entries?
