Scripts in Excel to automatize activities

I have a lot of data in several sheets and I need to obtain some results of each table in the sheets but it will take a lot of time and it’s very urgent, I would know how to make this activity with a script that opens Excel and then makes and operation with the data and closes excel and save the changes in each sheet.

Please help me.
