Searching for a Product that can Duplica

As part of our disaster contingency plan, I’m searching for a product that can duplicate the content of our server. Aside from backing up religiously, my purpose here is to make our business up and running in no time after a disaster strikes. The duplicate server will be located 5 kms from us. The “duplicating” process will be done nightly and automatically via Internet.

Any help?
