Secondary Domain Contoller cant network

…Recently got newer Mecer Celeron PCs & WinY2K Advanced Server. I upgraded from WinNT Server it took about 4 hours to Setup, the system crashed after restarting & after the 3rd restsrt it seemed OK. Then the mouse pointer started flickering & is always jumping across the screen. I decided to stick to NT Server, so I cloned the original HDDrive onto the bigger HDDrive & put it into a new PC. Now, the Secondary Domain Controller cannot see any computers on the network, yet the PDC can fully see and access it. I tried synchronising but couldnt. The error message said that it the dependancy service or group failed to start.
