Securing Your IMS.

I have been following and using the “Securing Your IMS” series of articals. In part 3, I want to specify a rang of hosts. Do I enter 10.0.0.0 as specified in the artical or do I specify my internal address ###.###.###.0 with a mask of 255.0.0.0?
