security/log on my desktop

hi…is there a place i can look on my windows 95 desktop where i can see if anyone else has logged on my pc while i’m at lunch? the support tech. uses my pc to practice his batch file creations, and today my pc had crashed!! OR can i create a log file? I’m good with scripting languages!!
