Security of NFS 4.1 vs. SMB 3

For an enterprise deployment, I’m split between using NFS 4.1 or SMB 3 (server message block) for NAS file sharing.

In terms of security of these protocols, has anyone done that analysis and could someone provide me that perspective please.
