Security Policies

For the last six months I have been trying to write a good secuirty policy for my agency. It seesm like I will never get it done. I am never satisfied or confident with what I have written so far.

So I am thinking about taking the easy way out and purchase a security policy template to speed things up. Has anyone used one? Are they any good? If so whom do you recomend?
