Seeking genius tech to serve as founding partner

We are developing an application and require an unusually gifted individual to join us as a founding partner, to be charged with all tech aspects of the project from coding to managing and directing from start to finish. This is a hands-on role. Must be capable of collaborating to determine best tech, practices, etc. This project has significant marketplace potential, with high expectations for substantial VC support. Strong financial and marketing management already in place.
