Seeking Job Descriptions or templates

I am the IT Manager for a small non-profit real estate & neighborhood development firm. In fact I am the whole department. This has been great fun but it’s time to seek a #2 person. I wish to write a job description that relates to the outside world & larger firms. So I seek job descriptions that cover Computer Room technician, Backup Operator & Help Desk Professional.
