Self Paced Training material

I am degreed and work as a network administrator. I would like to take some IT Certification by self-paced study. I have access to computer network and I have my own PC. I do not need to attend class coz I am sure I cam read own my own and understand the material then go for exams. Where can I bye the self-study KIts I live in Botswana there are no traininf centres for this kind of studies. Even when someone organises such kind of training it not upto date because the facility are kind of a make shift classroom. I am interested in one of these CCNA,MCSE and MCP. Thanks
