Sending email from different addresses?

Hello,

I have a user on my exchange that has 2 different email addresses.

user@fakeemail.com and another one that is user@MailFake.com.

user@fakemail.com is set as his primary email address.

Is there any way i can have him send out a email and have the user@Mailfake.com show up as the reply address?
