I need some help in configuring sendmail in linux.
I will explain you my setup
Our mail server is hosted by third pary. We are having leased line from our ISP. Hence we were using our ISPs smtp server to send all mail. e.g (smtp.isp.net.in).
To receive mails we mention our pop server name in the Microsoft Outlook and the ISPs smtp server name in the Outgoing properties. With this we have no issues.
But now since our ISP is not ready to provide the SMTP service we are thinking of setting our own SMTP server in the Linux box using Sendmail.
So that we can send mails through our linux box using its SMTP service.
Please let me know how to configure the SMTP server in Sendmail in Redhat Linux v7.x
