Server message

Hi,
I use NetWare 4.2 server. How do I config it, so that the server will send the error, problem (ex: user log on from their work-station win98 or win95 has failed, or particular printer did not print)message to my workstation(remote console), so that I can see the problem before user call and report that to me. I like to be able to spot the problem myself instead of hearing from user.
