Server VLANs for Network Svcs & DC’s com

I would like to hear from peers regarding the combining of these resources into one VLAN. Basically, WINS/DHCP & AD/DNS on the same VLAN. Is this okay for an enterprise level deployment? What are the pro’s and cons?
