set device profile on windows CE for PEAP

We have windows CE device which needs to be authenticated over PEAP MSCHAP V2. I do not want the user to enter the credentials. The credentials needs to be supplied automatically . Wzctool does not provide option to enter user name and password. It relies on the pop up to enter user name and password
