seting up multiple ftp sites on IIS

I need the procedure for setting up multiple FTP accounts under NT/IIS 4.0 .
Clients should login with a username that matches their directory (or virtual directory) name. Along with a unique password.

I’m stuck where I am getting “Duplicate name exists” when I try to start additional FTP sites on the same machine.
